Payment and Deposit Policies

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information. We offer multiple forms of payment, see below.

Accepted Forms of Payment

  • Bank Wire Transfer (Preferred Method): Domestic US or Foreign Accounts
  • Cash In-Person or Cashier's Check: In-person meeting at a local bank 
  • Major Credit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (Note that if paying by credit card, there will be an extra credit card fee of 3% on top of the purchase amount. (Please inquire if you would like to pay with another credit card flag/brand)
  • Kindly inquire for any other desired forms of payment.

Deposits

Buyer has a maximum of 5 days to pay off a balance after an initial partial deposit of at least 20% has been provided. Partial deposits are non-refundable and full balance payment is required for product delivery. Partial deposits will only be refunded if the product is not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Full deposits are non-refundable and are only refundable on approved returns after inspection of returned items that show no damages. 

Our buyers agree to the following terms:

(1) that payment is due on delivery unless other arrangements are made in writing, signed by VIP CALIBER; (2) all claims or disputes which may arise under it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida regardless of principles of conflict of laws and venue for any disputes or collection action shall be exclusively in the Circuit or County Court of Broward County, Florida; (3) Title to all items delivered will not pass to the purchaser until such time as all costs have been paid in full and VIP CALIBER may file one or more documents to confirm that title to such items remains with VIP CALIBER, until such time as it may determine that payment in full has been made. (4) payment in full" shall mean receipt by VIP CALIBER of bank or certified check, wire transfer or final clearance and collection of such payment; and (4) In the event any dispute arises, or collection is required under this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable costs and attorney's fees from the non-prevailing party whether suit is brought or not. In the event of lawsuits or other proceedings arising by virtue of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of all court costs, litigation expenses, and attorney's fees at pre-trial, trial, and all appellate levels.
